This microphone is configured to be used with the QRP-Labs QMX and QMX+. It will also work with uSDX radios and the Elecraft KX2/3. The required stereo audio cable is not included.

The fully assembled mics will come with conformal coating on the back of the PCB.
Fully assembled mics and kits now come with a 3D printed PETG backing. I recommend using super glue to attach the ones in the kits permanently.

- Assembled (can be ordered for the QMX or the KX2/3) ($25 USD)

I’m assuming the trusdx is the same as the usdx? If so which do I order the qmx or the elecraft configuration?
Yes, for the trusdx you would order the QMX configuration. Per the instructions, the tip goes to the PTT and the ring goes to the microphone.

Yes, the V2.2 kit and assembled versions come with the foam wind blocker.

In the spirit of QRP, I decided not to do a full case and just have the backing and the foam cover. It keeps it slimmer and more lightweight.

Thanks for the quick reply, Nate. I see the option in the list but I cannot add it to the cart. Selecting this item changes my order and the checkout amount. Do I need to place 2 separate orders? Also, given the physical size of the order, would the shipping fee be the same ($10) even if 2 mics were ordered?

Hi Mike, placing 2 separate orders will be the same cost. You only need to purchase one international shipping per order, it will come in the same package.
I just finished building the mic and it works perfectly with my QMX+. Easy soldering job. Everything fits together perfectly. Solid design.
Of all the QMX mics out there this is the most reasonably priced . Kudos to you, Nate for making it accessible for many of us. This is going on the forum.
